Paul Berry is the sales account executive for the Northeast, with responsibility for Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.
Paul joined SAGE in 2002 after running his own food service placement firm for 12 years. The firm, Target Search, specialized in recruitment for senior management and senior culinary positions. This background gave him valuable insight into the human capital aspect of food service.
Before working in the human resources side of food service, Paul was a regional vice president of operations for a national food service contractor. He began his food service career as a high school student, working in the kitchens of white-tablecloth restaurants. He managed several college dining programs before moving into management positions at the corporate level.
Paul attended Boston State College and has completed training in strategic selling and executive recruiting. A resident of suburban Philadelphia, he particularly enjoys genealogy and travels extensively to research his family history.

James began his food service career in 1990 with an intensive, 18-week culinary training program. He spent nine years in various operational and sales positions with a large contract food service provider, working in the collegiate, corporate and healthcare sectors. He also managed the company's largest vending operation in the Southeast and was responsible for training new operators.
Prior to joining SAGE, James was president and co-owner of a mobile home business for eight years. A resident of Mobile, Ala., James holds a B.S in business administration from Spring Hill College in Mobile. He is an avid gardener, golfer and saltwater fisherman.
Bill Grubbe joined SAGE in 2010 as the sales account executive for the Midwest.
Bill has enjoyed a lengthy career in food service. As a student worker in his college campus food operation, he developed a passion for food. He then completed a culinary and management training program that provided the basis for an extensive management career in food service operations and sales.
Bill has worked for several large food service contractors in both operations and sales leadership. On the operations side, Bill has managed large vending locations, business and industry accounts and college accounts. For 10 years he owned a consultancy focused on sales training and professional development.
Bill holds a B.A. in sociology from Quincy University. He is a Certified Miller Heiman Sales Trainer and a graduate of the Funnel Academy for B2B marketing professionals. He lives near Columbus with his wife.
