Food Service Director

SAGE Dining Services is seeking a food service director for a retail food service operation at an independent school in Tampa, Florida.

The Director is responsible for all of the client needs in food service on the campus which includes not only the student and faculty population but also the catering needs for admissions, advancement, and administration.

The Food Service Director is responsible for all aspects of the account: catering, service, production, sanitation and financial performance. Other duties include menu development, ordering and inventory, and team development.

The Director must have a passion for people and food. The Candidate will have a CAN DO!! attitude, strong communication skills, high energy and enthusiasm. The best candidate will enjoy current food trends, and have nutritional and wellness awareness as well as extensive food production experience. In addition, the ideal employee will have great skills: people, planning, organizational, computer, and customer service.

Candidate must have prior cash management food service experience.
