Program Highlights

Within the main serving line area, SAGE's "Main Ingredient®" will continue to be popular. A new look, and style of service will be introduced encouraging all students to taste something new. Menu offerings are being introduced that include more healthier foods and less "kid-friendly" dishes. For example, your student will experience Rotisserie style chicken with roasted rosemary potatoes and a fresh steamed vegetable instead of pizza, chicken nuggets and french fries.
In addition to the Main Ingredient® entree station, SAGE will be offering a Seasonings station, this new station will rotate into the menu along with special theme meals, demonstration cooking and special tasting events.
