SAGE has created an entire program that addresses the most popular ethnic cuisine, Italian. The core of the program is pizza, America's favorite food, but there's more:

Our pizza is made from fresh proofed dough, that bakes into a crisp crust. The sauce is a delicate blend of fresh tomatoes and herbs and we use specially blended cheeses. This will be the best pizza your student ever eats.

SAGE offers a variety of regular and whole wheat pastas together with meatballs, sweet and hot sausages. There's always a meatless marinara or a non meat sauce available. Baked pasta dishes like, lasagna, stuffed shells and manicotti are also available.
