Our Commitment To The Guests We Serve:

  • Menus are created on-site, by managers and chefs, not a corporate chef.
  • Healthy choices are served at every meal, so that diners can choose balanced, nutritious meals each day.
  • Vegetarian entrées are available at every meal.
  • Fresh vegetables prepared right before service to ensure flavor and freshness.
  • Cooking with Canola and olive oils to decrease the intake of trans and saturated fats. All fryers use an oil that has zero trans fats per serving.
  • Soups and sauces are made from scratch and are free of MSG.
  • Desserts and specialty breads are baked in-house.
  • Whenever possible we offer organic and fair trade products when requested.
  • Seafood is purchased fresh from local vendors.
