Minimum three years hands-on catering experience
Catering background a must, culinary background a plus
Social media skills
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of all things catering: set ups, menu process, client meetings
Fluency in sanitation and safety standards
Superior computer skills
Strong familiarity with costing/billing and banquet event orders
Planning and organizational proficiency

Aid in general location management as ASFD helps with boarding operation and retail outlets
Community catering management and coordination
Manage decor and merchandising

Communicate clearly, professionally and effectively
Deliver budgeted financial results
Create a positive team environment
