On-Call Prep Cook

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an enthusiastic individual for an On-Call Prep Cook-Dishwasher who wants to work alongside an experienced culinary team.

Are you looking for something part-time or an opportunity to explore your passion in a kitchen. This is an on-call position where you will do a variety of jobs from dish washing to prepping food for a scratch made menu. This position is for daytime meal service and possible night time catering events at a beautiful private school in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Work with seasoned chefs alongside a true culinary team. We prepare a large variety of menu items from scratch daily with opportunities to do beautiful catered events as well.

This is a great opportunity to do what you love and still enjoy weekends and holidays off! 

Position starts in August.

What you will do:
  • Keep workspace clean & organized by following a daily cleaning schedule
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Prepare food & beverages according to recipes
  • Interact kindly everyday with students, staff, and team
  • Assist in setting kitchen & dining hall before and after meal periods
  • Work in a great team environment!
