SAGE Dining Services is seeking experienced Sous Chef for private school in the Dallas area.

Monday - Friday
6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Occasional weekend and evening for catering events

Adhere to from scratch recipes
Follow food safety protocol
Assist with catering events
Take the lead on prep and kitchen production
Keep accurate production logs
Inspire motivation in team members
maintain a clean and organized work space
Interact with community
What you will need:
Experience in a leadership position
Substantial culinary knowledge and prior cooking experience
Familiarity with diverse styles of cuisine and food safety procedures
Culinary degree preferred but not required
Ability to read and write in English and use simple math
Strong organizational skills and computer literacy
Ability to delegate and manage team members
ServSafe certification a plus
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
