What you will do:
Setting up service for success by printing out recipes, production logs and menus for culinary staff
Work with management team to develop the culinary team
Train culinary team on cooking techniques and food products
Develop inventory pars and place orders with vendors and partners
Count weekly inventory
Assist in all other kitchen needs for our full service dining hall, coffee shop and catering operations.
